| Наш ответ: Bonjour Chistian, merci pour votre commentaire, il nous aide toujours à s'améliorer. Je suis désolé mais, si vous réservez un transfert partagé, vous ne voyagez seuls. On doit, donc, attendre quelques passagers et ça peut arriver qu'on doit attendre 1 eure à l'aéroport. En suite, n doit accopmagner tous à destination et donc si votre destination n'est pas entre les premières ça prends un peu plus de temps, comme on dit dans les termes et conditions de voyages. Pour partir immédiatement après l'arrivée en aéroport il faudrait réserver un transfert privé. Merci et bonne journée, Massimo ATS |

| Наш ответ: Buongiorno Anthony Thomas. in tanto la ringrazio per la recensione, che ci permette sempre di migliorare. Mi ricordo della prenotazione in quanto ho risposto il al telefono al fornitore di Tenerife e, mi pare, di aver risolto nel giro di 5 minuti il problema. loro avevano ricevuto la sua prenotazione ma era, sfuggita al loro sistema (1 mese prima hanno cambiato il sito e penso che sia dovuto a questo). In ogni caso, il suo trasferimento è stato correttamente effettuato, tenendo presente che ah prenotato un servizio condiviso che prevede, soprattutto in bassa stagione, la possibilità di attesa di 1 ora in aeroporto. Il suo viaggio di ritorno, mi pare che sia stato effettuato regolarmente, in orario, dopo che il giorno prima le era stato confermato l'orario di partenza via sms e via fax in hotel, corretto?
