I assume the pick up time was much earlier than needed as you had people to pick up at the airport for the return trip to Cervinia? We had to wait over an hour for the check in to open. Drivers were prompt and departure/arrival time was exactly as stated in the voucher. Our luggage did not arrive and therefore we were late for our outbound transfer. Though Massimo got in touch with us himself and organised another transfer in 40 minutes free of charge. What an excellent service! Thank you very much again! |
